Hot Plate Plastic Welding Process

The hot plate welding process uses a temperature-controlled heating plate to uniformly melt the joining surfaces of plastic parts.
After heating, the plate retracts and the parts are pressed together under controlled pressure to form a strong, leak-proof weld.

This process is especially suitable for manifold plates with complex internal flow channels, where airtightness and weld integrity are essential.
